We offer Shared Ride Shuttle airport
transportation to and from every major airport in Virginia from your home,
office or hotel.
We also offer the finest private car (Sedan, SUV
& Van) service in a Lincoln Town Car airport limousine.
We provide Motor Coach and Mini Bus Service for
larger groups, schools and government contracts.
A friendly and knowledgeable person will pick
you up as promised in a comfortable vehicle and deliver you to at a very, very
reasonable rate.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING YOUR RIDE:
Shared-ride transportation takes about
90 minutes longer than private car service – plan ahead!
Rate includes 1 person, 2 bags
& 1 small carry-on bag, we charge an additional 10% for each additional
person or bag.
We welcome children but do not
provide car seats or offer age-related discounts.
We charge 10% extra for pickups
before 7:00am or after 9:00pm.
Waiting time starts three minutes
after the vehicle arrives on non-airport pickups and is charged at $1.10 per
minute.
Shared-Ride pickups are not
guaranteed on flights that arrive over 1 hour late.
None of the above rules apply to
private car (Sedan, SUV or Van) transportation.
Private Sedan transportation can
accommodate 3 people with standard luggage.
Private SUV transportation can
accommodate 5 people with standard luggage.
Private Van transportation can
accommodate 9 people with standard luggage.
We charge $10.00 extra for pickups
if you want to be met inside the airport for either Shared-Ride or Private
Service.
We charge $25.00 extra for pickups
on all arriving international flights for either Shared-Ride or Private
Service.

the following PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:

OPERATOR, PRIVATE CHAUFFEUR, BUS CAPTAIN OR OUR MAIN OFFICE UPON EXITING THE
AIRPORT***
The
number of your driver and the number of the home office will be provided in the
emailed confirmation you receive.
If
we have not heard from you within 15 minutes of the actual flight arrival, we
will call the you and the booker phone numbers as listed in the reservation.
If
there is no answer we will leave a message.
We
will wait 3 more minutes and call each of our contact numbers.
If
we still have not yet heard from anyone, we will call each of our contact
numbers every 5 minutes until 30 minutes after the appointed pickup time.
If
we have not been able to contact the you after 30 minutes, we will assume the
you are not coming and A FULL RATE NO SHOW charge will apply.
